Reservations for what???

It’s probably the biggest crisis of free India when the big mass of students are protesting against the government move for reservation in higher institutions, particularly those which are the hallmark of quality not only in India but in entire world, government has remained numb over there steer. This can be said a crisis of democracy or the death of conscience that no political party who at other occassion do not miss a single chance to claim to be representing the nation voice is ready to speak over the issue because of their vote bank politics. This reservation regime is not because they are really interested in some interest of the class which has suffered the backwardness for decades, but their entire move is to capture the vote bank which lies in the class. If they had really to do something in favor of that class they would have promoted and work hard to enforce the compulsory and quality primary education for them, but unfortunately this is not as dream weavering thought as the reservation for making a doctor and engineer which can draw the emotions in favor of their political interest.

This entire crisis can be seen in new light which is often neglected is that the people who are protesting and are against the quota regime are although big in number and probably the 30-40% of society but no doubt this is the class which is most democratically irresponsible and saying straight forward the non-voting class of society who sits on dining table just complaining of the system and have no clue or can say does no effort to bring the right. Those who are in power are much aware of this fact, and so the obvious response is ‘who cares’ because they are not going to hurted at all by this class. So this is time learn, and pledge to cast a vote next time, vote to change, change the bring Equality.
